onesuite disconnected local access - One Suite Communication

was also a VERY long time customer. yes it had its glitches in the beginning, but smooth sailing for a few years now. then all of a sudden the local access numbers wouldnt work - NONE of them. called one suite - oh sorry, no local access numbers in your area. huh? part of a systems upgrade i am told. okay, so you upgraded and now i have no local access numbers? doesnt sound like much of an upgrade. sure i can call the toll free access number but calls thru there cost TWICE as much per minute.
sorry i recharged my account :(
